When I was in Doha I was introduced to #mindfulness because of some personal struggles. Since that time I’ve made an effort to routinely #meditate and learn to be present. Not everyone can appreciate this and that’s okay. I’m just going to share with you a little of my experience.
There were four #Chakra songs that I meditated to in #Doha. I still have those songs on my playlist and when I meditate to them I literally go back to a calm place and when I’m done, I am centered. I can tell when I’ve slacked on the meditation because I literally feel off balance. Read more
